By using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

3. Scope of Services

Gogo Chat offers a complete personal development experience that includes:
- Personalized Coaching: Tailored strategies to help you improve mental clarity, habits, confidence, and decision-making.
- Mental Health Guidance: AI-generated insights that support your emotional well-being and resilience. (Not a substitute for professional therapy or clinical advice.)
- Life Skills & Decision Support: Daily micro-coaching to help you think better, act faster, and grow deeper — across all areas of life.

Daily Bite-Sized Growth Modules: Each day, you’ll receive short, powerful training sessions led by specialized AI coaches. These spark reflection and habit change, while your personal Moderator AI keeps you on track.

4.1 No Liability for Decisions

The insights and support provided by GoGo’s AI systems are informational only. Gogo Chat GmbH is not responsible for actions or decisions taken based on this content. For major decisions, please consult licensed professionals.

4.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Services

GoGo Chat is not a medical, financial, legal, or psychological service. It is not intended to replace certified professional advice or care.

4.3 Age Restriction

The app is only available to users aged 16 and older. By using GoGo Chat, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4.4 Coaching, Not Therapy

GoGo Chat is an AI-powered coaching and personal development app designed for general self-improvement and educational purposes. It is not a healthcare product and does not offer therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or crisis support. The information and support provided by GoGo’s AI systems are intended for healthy individuals seeking lifestyle guidance and inspiration. If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, or any medical condition, please consult a licensed healthcare provider. By using GoGo Chat, you acknowledge and accept that the app is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical services and is intended for recreational and coaching use only.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Fair Use

5.1 Gogo Premium Subscription

A GoGo Premium subscription includes:
- Full access to all AI coach modules
- Daily guided experiences and topic-based journeys
- Group chats and advanced voice interactions
- A personalized coaching engine (Moderator AI) that adapts to your journey
- Unlimited usage under fair use terms (see 5.3)

5.2 Subscription Plans

Gogo Chat offers both annual and monthly plans. All plans may include a trial period, depending on the offer selected during signup.
- Annual Plan: Includes a 1–7 day free trial if selected. You may cancel within the trial period with no charge. After the trial, the full annual fee is charged.
- Monthly Plan: May also include a 1–7 day free trial if selected. If no trial is chosen, billing begins immediately. Renews monthly until cancelled.

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5.3 Fair Use & Extreme Usage Surcharges

Your subscription is designed to cover all normal coaching needs. We operate under a fair use policy to ensure a smooth experience for every user.
- In rare cases of extreme or automated usage, we may apply a temporary message limit to maintain system performance.
- If this occurs, a voluntary message extension may be offered for a small fee, clearly communicated in-app.
- These limits exist to prevent abuse - not to restrict real users.

We do not believe in hidden paywalls. These surcharges are rare and only applied in exceptional cases.

5.4 Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Stripe. All applicable VAT is included based on your location.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

All of this is built with privacy at the core. Your data stays yours — always.

We believe that long-term change requires structure, trust, and intelligence. GoGo delivers all three. Our systems are designed to empower you without exploiting your data. Gogo Chat complies fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

6.1 What We Collect

- Session data and user inputs to personalize your coaching
- Preferences and interaction patterns for smarter AI responses
- We do not permanently store sensitive personal or financial information

6.2 What We Never Do

- We never sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing
- We never store sensitive data beyond the needs of an active session
- You can request data deletion at any time via our support team

6.3 AI Transparency

All insights are generated from the data you choose to share. Our models do not learn across users and do not track activity outside the app.

7. Prevention of Misuse

To protect the integrity of GoGo Chat, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized commercial use of our AI-generated content
- Use of bots, scrapers, or automated systems
- Redistribution or copying of app content for non-personal use

Violations may result in account suspension, permanent bans, or legal action. Severe misuse may result in fines of up to €50,000, as permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. All disputes will be settled in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

We may update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
